Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These Terms govern your use of the KAMKR website, operated by KAMKR LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. Our products, ScrollHole, DataStated, and ChopBill, are covered by their own terms, which you accept when you use each one.
Using the site
This website tells you about KAMKR and the things we make, and links you to the App Store to download them. You may use it for that purpose. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to disrupt or break the site, no scraping that overloads it, and nothing illegal.
The apps are separate
Downloading and using ChopBill or ScrollHole is governed by that app’s own terms and end user license agreement, plus Apple’s standard App Store terms. Anything you buy inside an app, including credits or subscriptions, is handled by Apple and subject to those terms.
Our content and brand
The KAMKR name, logo, the app names and marks, and the text, design, and code of this site belong to KAMKR or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them for your own product or service without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to places we do not control, such as the Apple App Store and your email client. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and policies when you visit them.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available, error-free, or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KAMKR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Indemnification
You agree to cover KAMKR for any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
