Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

KAMKR LLC ("KAMKR", "we", "us") is a small independent studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website. Our products, ScrollHole, DataStated, and ChopBill, each have their own privacy policy that governs the data handled inside the product. This policy covers the website only.

Information we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use that only to reply and keep track of the conversation.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider and any privacy-respecting analytics we use may record standard technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time. This site does not have user accounts and does not ask you to sign in.

Cookies and analytics

We may use a small number of cookies or similar local storage to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work without them.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to:

  • reply to messages you send us,
  • operate, maintain, and improve the website,
  • keep the site secure and prevent abuse,
  • comply with the law when we are required to.

The apps are separate

Anything you do inside ChopBill or ScrollHole is governed by that app’s own privacy policy, available on its App Store listing and inside the app. This website policy does not cover data collected by the apps themselves.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (for example, our hosting and analytics providers) under agreements that limit how they may use it, when the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we would let you know.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. Email correspondence is kept as long as it is useful to maintain a record of our exchange, unless you ask us to remove it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your contact with us, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We honor those rights where they apply.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is processed there. If you visit from outside the US, you understand that your information is processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
